GRIFFITH, Ind. — Griffith High School senior Courtney Adams has committed to Maryville University of St. Louis, choosing the school for its strong bowling program and future job opportunities.
Adams made her decision on Sept. 25, 2024, citing the university’s location and academic offerings as key factors. Maryville’s bowling team finished the 2024 season with a 46-32 record, a program she looks forward to joining.
Beyond athletics, Adams has ambitious academic and career goals. She plans to major in forensic psychology with aspirations of earning both a master’s and doctorate degree. Her ultimate goal is to work for the FBI or another government agency.
“After college, I plan on getting my master’s and doctorate degree,” Adams said.
Her dedication in high school, both academically and athletically, has set the foundation for her future success. The Griffith High School community wishes her the best as she embarks on this next chapter.
