On Monday, August 30th and Tuesday, August 31st, The Lady Panthers won both of their games. They played against Hobart on Monday and won 2-0, with both goals scored by senior Abby Prunty. Prunty’s first goal was assisted by Sophomore Kayla Doctor with a pass through the defense and a shot by Prunty. Prunty’s second goal was assisted by senior Katlyn Noojin with a slip through the defense and another goal by Prunty. On Tuesday, August 31st, The Lady Panthers played Hebron and won 4-0. The goals were scored by  Noojin, Senior Kylie Bell, and Senior Emily Vasilak. Noojin’s goal was an upper 90 and a fast break with a goal to the left corner. Kylie Bell’s goal was a fast break with another shot to the left corner. Working together  Vasilak and Bell were able to capitalize off a corner kick.  Senior Emma Jacobs had a total of five saves throughout the whole game. A Champion Moment to Senior Abby Prunty for her excellent display of good sportsmanship by helping a player from the opposing team who had been injured and was forced to exit the field. “ I played with her on my travel soccer teaming once I saw her go down and she didn’t get back up, I wanted to help.” Said Prunty.
