High School Futsal Tournament Recap
On Saturday, April 8th 2023, Griffith High School held a friendly yet competitive Futsal tournament students to participate in. There were 8 teams that participated in the tournament. The first part of the tournament was a Round Robin style tournament. A Round Robin tournament is where multiple teams compete against each other and it determined what seeding you will be at for the beginning for the beginning of the single elimination tournament.
The team that placed first in the tournament were Gavin Lukas, Sam Wilson, Steven Luzynski, Ryan Rose, Steven Grahovac, Josh Lukas, Carlos Espinoza, and Nathan Pinkelton. Congratulations to the winning team and to everyone who came out to participate!
